unwelcoming staff lacking amenities
the location proved convenient, a definite plus for exploring the area.
the staff member i encountered upon arrival was unwelcoming, it. there was no elevator so reaching our room on an upper floor was tiring. the room lacked basic amenities such as conditioner.

i stayed in a beautiful double room with a balcony it included a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks this was a really nice touch. breakfast took place on the rooftop terrace it had fantastic views. the staff gave helpful restaurant recommendations it added to the experience.
the street outside was somewhat untidy.

we enjoyed a superior double room. the space felt intimate. high-quality linens was provided. the air conditioning kept our room cool during warmer days. the location was convenient with many points of interest within walking distance. the breakfast includes fresh local foods.
the stairs was a little narrow.

inconvenient room layout
inconvenient layout missing shower
the staff were friendly and accommodating.
the room had a dysfunctional layout and lacked a separate bathroom. the bathtub was in the middle of the room. there was no shower, and storage spaces were small and difficult to access. simple amenities were lacking, i found this annoying
